Alfajores

These Argentinian biscuits (known as Alfajores) are little round wagon wheels of tastiness. Two little cookie things with a slathering of dulce de
leche in the middle. All covered with a smooth coating of chocolate.

Yum.

Here's hoping my sister (a superstar of a baker) can find a recipe for these gems!
