It's official! And yup, we are most definitely on a budget!
We leave January 30, 2012 for a just-over-a-month long foray into Southeast Asia. Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia are all on the itinerary. We've also tagged on a few more days so we can stop in Hong Kong to check out the city and have some time to visit with some dear friends of ours. Lucky us!
Given the last minute status, we've been scurrying to get everything in order.
Visas for Vietnam? Check!
Flights? Check!
Immunizations? Well, we're still working on those...
Homemade sleep liners for those "budget" stays? Check!
Here's our vintage sewing machine at the ready. How surprised was I to realize that I even remembered how to thread a bobbin?!
